The Ministry of Corporate Affairs waived the additional fee for late filing of all event-based e-forms by LLPs that are due on or after February 25, 2022, and before May 31, 2022.
Based on various representations received from stakeholders seeking an extension of timelines for filing event-based forms by LLPs without paying additional fees in light of the transition from version-2 of MCA-21 to version-3, the Ministry has decided to allow LLPs to file various event-based LLP e-Forms with due dates varying from February 25th to May 31st, 2022, without paying additional fees until June 30th, 2022.
