New initiative of Yes Bank for MSME
Recently, Nitin Gadkari (Union Minister of MSMEs) virtually launched Yes Bank’s Yes MSME. It is an overall proposition to strengthen MSMEs with speed and easy access to funds, knowledge partnerships and digital solutions. It will offer collateral free funding up to Rs. 5 crore.
The objective is to support MSMEs to expand their business, sustain momentum and accelerate growth. Under this initiative, curated offerings are provided to cater to the business and individual needs of MSMEs, nurture new-age entrepreneurs, and also enhance their potential.
SEBI orders Schneider Electric for National Bourses
In the latest notification of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), it has directed Schneider Electric President Systems to list on the stock exchanges or give a proper exit route to its investors per de-listing norms.
This order came after the Securities and Appellate Tribunal (SAT) rejected its appeals and even the Supreme Court asked the regulator to issue a judgment based on investor complaints.

98 patents received by Tata Motors in last year
On 19th January, 2021, Tata Motors announced that it has filed 80 patents and received 98 in calendar year 2020. These patents are mainly related to the megatrend of Connected, Electrified, Sustainable and Safe (CESS) automobiles and encompass an electric mix of improvements in automotive electronics, noise vibration and harshness, conventional and advanced power train systems, and crash safety under various categories of Industrial Designs, Copyrights and Notarisation.
Over the years, Tata Motors’ dedicated focus on R&D has led to a consistent introduction of new technologies, practices, and processes that have since become front runners in the automotive world.
