Starting with the LLP module, the corporate affairs ministry plans to launch the third version of the MCA21 platform in March. Analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning will be used in the third version of the site, which is a major platform for submitting necessary documentation and filings under the companies law and the Limited Liability Partnership Act.
The LLP module will be the first to be rolled out when the third version of MCA21 is released on March 6th. The ministry has informed stakeholders that it will provide a new method of e-filing for LLPs on the platform and that all LLP filings will be done online. As part of the third version of MCA21, there are also plans to set up an MCA lab to improve data analytics and additional modules for e-scrutiny, e-adjudication, e-consultation, and compliance management will be included in Version 3.0.
